Trudeau shakes off terrorism while partying at Taylor Swift concert

Did 'Teenybopper Trudeau' fiddle while Montreal burned?

In a surprising mix of politics and pop culture, Canadian Prime Minister Justin Trudeau was caught shaking it off at a Taylor Swift concert this weekend, while Montreal hosted hoards of Palestinians ‘marching to the beat of their own drum’ in pro-Hamas protests. While the recently divorced JT was clearly enchanted by TS’s lip syncing, the protests in Montreal struck a different chord.

The out of control Friday night riot on Montreal streets was a stark contrast between serious geopolitical issues and middle aged Trudeau’s apparent ‘wildest dreams’ of a night out, which as usual included teenage girls.

As the Prime Minister sang along to “Shake It Off,” terrorism supporters in Montreal were shaking things up in their own way, by smashing storefront windows and torching cars. The coincidentally timed incident is leaving some to wonder if the ‘Blank Space’ between Trudeau’s ears is full of anything except ‘Champagne Problems.’

Teenage Dreams

X was quick to react, with one user commenting, “Guess Trudeau’s version of ‘We Are Never Ever Getting Back Together’ involves skipping serious discussions for a Taylor Swift concert!” Another quipped, “While Trudeau is having his ‘Style’ moment, the real question is if his political credibility is Out of the Woods.”

Others were less charitable to the aging 52-year-old Swiftie, citing his cowardly stance to peaceful protestors vs actual terrorists.

While some on the left have been quick to point out that he was simply attending the concert with his daughter, the optics of the publicity stunt prone PM dancing and having a good time are ‘Sus.’ The hundreds of ‘new Canadians’ who came into the country under his watch rioting in Montreal could be the ‘Last Kiss’. “Should our leader, a grown ass man be handing out friendship bracelet’s to little girls in $4000 concert seats while Canadians are struggling with the high cost of living?” asked one X user.

As the 1989 era isn’t the only throwback making headlines these days, it seems Teenybopper Trudeau might need to balance a little more ‘State of Grace’ with his political responsibilities.
