Left-wing, lockdown crazy Toronto Public Health has pulled down an outrageous, over-the-top and out-of-line vax public service announcement implying that children should stay indoors and not play outside with their friends unless they receive the experimental COVID-19 vaccine.
“The City of Toronto is implying that unvaccinated children should be kept indoors and away from their friends,” tweets Andrew Lawton, a Senior Reporter for True North. “Or that parents who don’t vaccinate their children are keeping them from playing with their friends. What a despicable PSA.”
The ad features a little girl sadly gazing out a window watching her happy friends play. She turns to ask her off-camera mother if she can go outside too. “No honey,” answers a woman in a thick Indian accent. “There’s still something going around.” The little girl turns sadly back to the window and sighs, “Okay.”
Text then appears on screen over the dejected child’s face, as she watches and hears her happy friends playing, which reads: ‘Kids should be out there. Not in here. COVID-19 vaccines are available for children 6 months to 12 years. Thank you for getting vaccinated. Toronto.ca/covid19’
Vax Ad Axed
The public service ad only survived online for a matter of hours before being pulled down after a firestorm of furious online responses.
Criticism on Twitter was swift and to the point:
Vax Causes Heart Problems in kids
The ad comes at a point in the pandemic when the Ontario Chief Medical Officer of Health, Dr. Kieran Moore has publicly admitted that the chance of adverse reaction for young people can be one-in-5000, and that some may get myocarditis. Myocarditis is inflammation of the heart muscle; the inflammation can reduce the heart’s ability to pump blood. The effects can be life-long and are a known side effect of MRNA COVID-19 vaccines. England, Sweden, Norway, Denmark and a host of other countries have all stopped vaccinating youth under the age of 12 against COVID-19 due to the risk not out weighing the benefits of the jab.
After city staff pulled the ad from Twitter they stated: “we removed a tweet and video from earlier today. We always strive to ensure clear understanding, especially about vaccinations, and will work to ensure greater clarity in the future.”
The City of Toronto says the campaign “was intended to highlight the negative impact (the pandemic) has had on children and drive home the benefits of vaccines.”
A triple jab
The city also had several other videos in circulation that received negative comments. One features a baby alone in a crib as fawning parents film it from a distance on a video chat. The subtext of the ad seems to imply that the child should isolate until they’re vaccinated and or that the unvaccinated should not be near the child.
Another video features an exasperated working from home mother who’s husband has to pull their children out of moms Zoom meeting. Presumably you have to vaccinate your kids for school while you stay safe at home?
Text appears on screen after both videos reading: ‘Don’t miss these moments. Get connected IRL. in the second video and ‘She should be in school’ in the third. COVID-19 vaccines are available for children 6 months to 12 years. Thank you for getting vaccinated. Toronto.ca/covid19.’
The city has now also removed these and other ads which are part of a larger COVID-19 vaccinate ad campaign for children 6 months–12 years of age.
