Ottawa Police Chief Resigns Over Emergencies Act

Bouncy castles, hot tubs and truck horns not a threat says 'resigning' Police Chief Peter Sloly

Peter Sloly, Ottawa’s top cop, has resigned over Trudeau’s Emergencies Act.

A source close to the Ottawa Police department has revealed that the chief, who does not believe that the protest is as dangerous as the mainstream media, mayor Jim “where’s my federal appointment” Watson, or Justin “ Lil’ Castro” Trudeau are portraying, has decided to hang up his badge in a show of solidarity with the Truckers for Freedom convoy. Honk! Honk!!

Dictator Trudeau passed the Emergencies Act late Monday. The never-before used act allows the government to use excessive control on Canadian citizens. Everything from the freezing of bank accounts and property, to arresting and detaining citizens without cause.

It also allows for the RCMP to enforce municipal bylaws, as though they were a criminal offense. A move which is an absolute overreach of the Ottawa police department, say critics such as the Canadian Civil Liberties Association (CLA).

The CLA says that the invocation of the Emergencies Act should only occur when something “seriously endangers the lives, health or safety of Canadians and is of such proportions or nature as to exceed the capacity or authority of a province to deal with it.“ The act is intended for things that cannot be effectively dealt with under any other law of Canada.

Bouncy castles, hot tubs and truck horns clearly do not meet that threshold. And Chief Sloly knows it.

“He’s been completely railroaded by Tyrannical Trudeau,” said an Ottawa city hall source close to the situation. “Trudeau is going to turn this peaceful protest into a bloodbath. There are women and children there. Chief Sloly doesn’t agree or want that on his already dirty hands.”

As first reported by Get Woke Up! last week, the Ottawa police department is seeing record numbers of cops leave the force, as they feel conflicted by some of the draconian tasks by the Liberal government and Mayor Watson.

While mainstream media and Prime Minister Justin Trudeau collectively play down the movement as a “small fringe minority” the reality is that the freedom truckers have a much larger support network, extending across the country and the world, and Trudeau’s Emergency Measures Act has demonstrated that crisis actor Trudeau is acting out the last scene in his final performance.

This is a developing story.

  1. Very interesting……..indeed!
The “Act” has to be approved by the Parliament and the Senate, they started “debates” today I think.
So it will take about 2 weeks……time will tell. I know “Legault” premier of Quebec will NOT stop the Mask Mandates! This needs to be stopped also………I don’t trust any of them…….they need to confess this was all a big fat hoax in the first place nothing about it was based on FACTS or Medical Proof! It was all about inserting Fear to see how far they would get away with Unlawful mandates!
They are ALL criminals, and can not be allowed to get away with it….AT ALL!

  2. Hello from the UK

Thank you very much for letting us have this news. I am not sure whether it is good or not to be honest. Partly because Peter Sloly may be slo (!) but he has woken up, a bit at least.

Unlike Justin ‘Do as I say, not as I do’ Turdeau (sic). The question is who (or what) will replace him, Peter that is.

Should you and your readers be interested I have written posts in support of the truckers in Canada. Please use as you see fit if they are of any use. I attach my Peter Sloly post which has sub-links.

Please note I do use humour as necessary on posts and pages to lighten the mood and help make the points.

    Kind regards

  3. […] As of yesterday thousands of officers from from across the country, and possibly even foreign UN paramilitary troops, are in the nation’s capital to politically interfere with lawful, peaceful protesters who they have waged a campaign of aggression against. A stark contrast to how the Ottawa Police had handled the situation under recently and mysteriously deposed Chief Peter Sloly. […]
